- To ask Her Majesty’s Government, further to the comments by the Minister for Political and Constitutional Reform, Mr Mark Harper, on 1 July (Official Report, Commons, col. 111), what questions are being discussed with other Commonwealth Governments regarding the exclusion of Roman Catholics from the throne; and what position the Government are taking in those discussions.
