- To ask the Secretary of State for Education when he expects to announce the number of staff of the Qualifications and Curriculum Development Agency that will be retained.

[holding answer 15 September 2010]: On 15 September my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State wrote to the chair of the QCDA setting out their revised remit and budget for the current year and indicating how continuing functions will be handled. A copy of that letter has been placed in the House Libraries.
