Proceeding contribution from Lord Young of Cookham (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 16 September 2010. It occurred during Business statement on Business of the House.
Business of the House
The coalition agreement makes it clear:"““We will maintain Britain's nuclear deterrent, and have agreed that the renewal of Trident should be scrutinised to ensure value for money.””" As my hon. Friend has just mentioned, there will be a debate shortly after business questions, in which he will have an opportunity to raise his concerns. His questions will be answered by one of my colleagues from the Ministry of Defence.
