David Kelly Death Inquiry

- To ask the Attorney-General on what dates (a) he and (b) officials of his Department have held meetings relating to the death of Dr David Kelly since his appointment; and who was present at each such meeting.
- Answer

I have routine meetings with the Lord Chancellor to discuss a range of issues; these have included matters relating to Dr David Kelly. AGO officials have had similar meetings with counterparts in the Ministry of Justice and the matter has been considered at meetings within my Department. It is not the Department's practice to provide details of such meetings.
