Children's Trusts

- To ask the Secretary of State for Health who will replace primary care trusts as representatives on children's trusts following the implementation of the proposals contained in the NHS White Paper.

The Department has specifically asked for views on how the proposals contained in ““Equality and Excellence: Liberating the NHS”” might best fit with current duty to co-operate through children's trust arrangements.
