David Kelly Death Inquiry

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice on what dates (a) he and (b) officials of his Department have held meetings relating to the death of Dr David Kelly since his appointment; and who was present at each such meeting.
Answer

I have discussed matters relating to Dr David Kelly in a meeting with Nicola Blackwood MP on 21 July, Lord Hutton on 7 September and in routine meetings with the Attorney-General during which we discuss a range of issues. In order to support me on this matter, officials have met to discuss this issue as and when necessary.
