To instruct the Forestry Commission in future to list in its annual reports the no of grant & felling licence applications referred to each regional advisory committee of the Forestry Commission, & the no withdrawn or resolved by amendment, referred to the forestry commissioners, & approved by the commissioners for grant aid.
