- To ask the Secretary of State for Transport whether he plans to revise his Department's document Taxi and Private Hire Vehicle Licensing: Best Practice Guidance.

The Department's Best Practice Guidance for taxi and private hire vehicle licensing authorities was revised in March 2010. We shall keep the guidance under review and make changes as and when appropriate.
