Prisons: Heroin

- To ask the Secretary of State for Justice how many people were arrested at each prison on suspicion of offences related to bringing heroin into a prison in the last 10 years.

NOMS does not hold information on the number of people arrested at each prison on suspicion of offences related to bringing heroin into prison.NOMS policy is that all persons bringing drugs into prisons should be referred to the police for investigation.
