- To ask Her Majesty’s Government, further to the Written Statement by Lord Taylor of Holbeach on 14 October (WS 49), whether the Housing Market Renewal Pathfinders are to be maintained.

Housing market renewal pathfinders are constituted as local authority partnerships overseen by a board with an independent chair. Post 2010-11, it will be for local authorities to decide whether to continue with these partnerships and to bid for funding which would allow them to take forward market renewal projects in their areas.
