Lake Windermere: Speed Limits

- To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what the speed limit is for motorised transportation across Lake Windermere in (a) miles per hour, (b) nautical miles per hour and (c) kilometres per hour.

Speed limits for motorised transportation across Lake Windermere are a matter for the Lake District National Park Authority (LDNPA).The LDNPA's website states"““There is a 10 nautical miles per hour speed limit on Lake Windermere, dropping to 6 miles per hour in some areas.””"
