Scotland Bill

- To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what recent discussions he has had with departmental devolution champions on the likely provisions of the Scotland Bill.

The Scotland Bill will deliver the coalition Government's commitment to implement the recommendations of the Commission on Scottish Devolution. I have worked closely with my ministerial colleagues across the UK Government while preparing the Scotland Bill. The devolution champions are a network of officials and my officials have engaged closely with their colleagues in other Departments.
