- To ask Her Majesty’s Government, further to the statement by Lord Sassoon on 20 October (HL Deb, col. 831), what is their definition of ““financial credibility”” as it affects the United Kingdom.

At the June Budget the Government set out a credible plan to accelerate the reduction in the structural deficit and restore the public finances to a sustainable position.
