Local Enterprise Partnerships: Nottinghamshire

- To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills what progress has been made on the establishment of a local enterprise partnership for Nottinghamshire.

The Government have received a proposal for a partnership that covers Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, Derby and Derbyshire. The proposal meets the Government's expectations regarding support from business, geography, local authority support, ambition and added value. The partnership has therefore been invited to put its governance structures in place.
