- To ask Her Majesty’s Government, further to the Written Answer by Lord Sassoon on 23 November (WA 321), what is the latest fiscal position of the United Kingdom; and how this compares to May 2010.

In its pre-Budget forecast, the Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) forecast that public sector net borrowing would be 10.5 per cent of gross domestic product (GDP) in 2010-11. In its autumn forecast, the OBR forecast that public sector net borrowing will be 10.0 per cent of GDP in 2010-11.
