Environmental Information Regulations 2004

- To ask the Secretary of State for Justice if he will make it his policy to bring forward legislative proposals equivalent to those for public bodies under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 to cover (a) water utility companies and (b) other private companies; and if he will make a statement.
