- To ask the Secretary of State for Health what estimate he has made of the cost to the NHS of the Stonewall NHS Leadership programme at Ashridge Business School in March 2011; and if he will make a statement.

The Stonewall NHS Leadership Programme is being delivered by Stonewall at no cost to the national health service. The Department is funding the programme at a cost of £36,000 with the aim of providing targeted leadership support to lesbian, gay and bisexual staff within the NHS. The programme will contribute towards the Government Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Action Plan to be launched in February 2011.
