- How many unsolicited communications of a circular nature DTI received from Lonrho plc in 1986, 1987 & 1988 to date & if it has received any representations from hon. Members or others about these circulars & introduce regulations to prohibit expenditure on such circulars unless specifically provided for in articles of association of any plc.
