Drugs: Bolivia

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether she plans to publish the content of her formal objection to the Bolivian Government's proposal to amend the 1961 UN Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs to remove the ban on coca leaf chewing.
Answer

[holding answer 11 February 2011]: A copy of the Note Verbale to the Secretary-General of the United Nations registering the Government's formal objection to the Bolivian Government's proposal to amend the UN Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs 1961 has been placed in the Library of the House.
