Proceeding contribution from Lord Young of Cookham (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 17 February 2011. It occurred during Business statement on Business of the House.

Business of the House

I understand the concern arising from the ““Dispatches”” programme, which included such comments as that men should be trusted only if they had substantial tufts of hair on their face. It would be appropriate for my hon. Friend to refer to the police any allegations of abuse or harm to children. All school inspections are carried out by trained and qualified inspectors, and he might like to raise the incidents in his constituency with the appropriate inspectors.
