Offensive Weapons: Sentencing

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what recent discussions she has had with the Secretary of State for Justice on sentences given for (a) possession of a knife and (b) possession of a handgun.
Answer

The Secretary of State for the Home Department has regular discussions with the Secretary of State for Justice on a range of sentencing issues.
