- To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills what assessment he has made of the advice given by the Office for Fair Access to universities on the provision of bursaries or other financial assistance to students from lower income families.

The guidance to institutions published on 8 March by the Director of Fair Access on the provision of bursaries and other financial assistance to students is consistent with that sent to the Director by Government Ministers on 10 February.
