Police: Databases

- To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether a person found not to be in breach of the law following an allegation of anti-social behaviour would have their details held on an anti-social behaviour database under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998.

The holding of information on individuals who are alleged to have engaged in anti-social behaviour is a local matter. It is the responsibility of the relevant data controller to ensure that all data are processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
