National Public Order Intelligence Unit: Finance

- (3) how much funding the National Public Order Intelligence Unit received from (a) police forces and (b) her Department in each year since 1999.

The Government assessed funding for all elements of policing as a part of the comprehensive spending review in 2010. Figures provided by the National Public Order Intelligence Unit (NPOIU) to the Home Office on previous funding are set out in the following table. The accounts of NPOIU are subject to the receiving authority's audit processes, Government audit and the National Audit Office.
