To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs when she plans to respond to the letter from the hon. Member for Basildon and Billericay of 14 February 2011 regarding early day motion 403 on circus animals.

The Under-Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, my noble Friend Lord Henley, responded to the letter on 25 February. I will forward a copy to the hon. Member’s office.
