- To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what discussions (a) he and (b) Ministers in his Department have had with Shelter on unscrupulous landlords since May 2010.
- Answer

Ministers in the Department have discussed issues of mutual interest with Shelter on 10 occasions since May 2010. These discussions have covered a range of topics, including private rented sector landlords.
