British Nationality Act 1981

- To ask Her Majesty’s Government, further to the Written Answer by Baroness Browning on 24 May (WA 427–8), whether they will consider amendingSchedule 1 to the British Nationality Act 1981 to omit the time spent in the United Kingdom on a student visa from the qualifying period for naturalisation as a British citizen.
