- To ask Her Majesty’s Government which foreign states have been admitted to the Commonwealth in the past five years.

Rwanda is the only country that has been admitted to the Commonwealth in the past five years. Rwanda joined in 2009 at the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Trinidad and Tobago.
