- To ask Her Majesty’s Government when they expect a Joint Committee will be formed for the purposes of pre-legislative scrutiny of the draft Financial Services Bill.

The Joint Committee to carry out pre-legislative scrutiny of the draft Financial Services Bill will be formed when Motions to form the committee have been agreed by both Houses.
