Finance: Balance of Payments

Question
To ask Her Majesty’s Government what plans National Statistics have, in compiling their geographical analyses of the balance of payments current account, to record as the country-of-ultimate-destination (in respect of credits) the end-destination of such credits rather than the country of first consignment, and as the country-of-origin (in respect of debits) the first-originating-country, rather than the last country through which such debits have passed.
