- To ask the Secretary of State for Transport when she last met the Scottish First Minister to discuss the Edinburgh tram project.

[holding answer 17 October 2011]: The Edinburgh tram project is a devolved matter for the Scottish Government. The Secretary of State for Transport, the hon. Member for Putney (Justine Greening), has not met the Scottish First Minister to discuss this project.
