- To ask Her Majesty’s Government, further to the Written Answer by Baroness Wilcox on 6 June (WA 58), whether they will place in the Library of the House copies of the evidence presented to the Minister that persuaded her to express her reservations about the Re-Export Controls Bill [HL].

No. I consider that the Government’s position has already been clearly set out during the Second Reading of the Bill in this House on 3 December 2010.
