Re-Export Controls Bill [HL]

- To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether they sought Cabinet Committee clearance to oppose the motion to refer the Re-Export Controls Bill [HL] to a Second Reading Committee in the House of Commons; and, if so, (a) whom they consulted, (b) which Cabinet Committee they approached, and (c) what discussions they had with (1) members of the House of Commons, and (2) members of the House of Lords, to seek their opinions, prior to seeking Cabinet Committee clearance.
