Scottish and Southern Energy

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change whether he has had discussions with representatives of Scottish and Southern Energy on their proposals to reform the sale of energy on the day-ahead market.
Answer

Ministers meet and attend functions with energy companies on a regular basis to discuss a range of issues. Quarterly lists of DECC Ministers' meetings that involve outside interested parties are published on the DECC website, available at:"http://www.decc.gov.uk/en/content/cms/accesstoinform/registers/ministermtgs/ministermtgs.aspx"
