Diamorphine

- (2) what estimate he has made of the number of patients who will receive treatment as a result of the wider prescribing of diamorphine up to March 2015.

£2 million per annum has been identified for centrally-funded pilots of supervised inject able opioid treatment for the small numbers who may benefit. The procurement process for these pilots is still subject to ministerial and HM Treasury approval. Pending such approval the other information requested is not available.
