- To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills pursuant to the answer of 10 November 2011, Official Report, columns 459-60W, on business: entry clearances, if he will place in the Library the representations he has received on forward planning and Tier 2 visas.

I will place representations the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, the right hon. Member for Twickenham (Vince Cable), and the Minister for Trade and Investment, my noble Friend Lord Green of Hurstpierpoint, have received on forward planning and Tier 2 visas in the Libraries of the House. The company names will be redacted to protect commercial confidentiality.
