Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations

- To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills pursuant to his autumn statement of 29 November 2011, Official Report, column 808, whether he plans to launch a public consultation on reform on the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations.

There will be a formal consultation on any possible changes to the current Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations should responses from the call for evidence launched on 23 November 2011 indicate that there is a case for change.
