Independent Commission on Banking

- To ask Her Majesty’s Government when the recommendations of the Independent Commission on Banking will be implemented.

The Government have committed to implement resulting measures from the Independent Commission on Banking recommendations by 2019, with any necessary primary legislation in place by 2015. A more detailed timetable will be outlined in the government response due to be published by the end of the year.
