- To ask the Prime Minister pursuant to the written ministerial statement of 24 October 2011, Official Report, column 1WS, on the Cabinet Manual, (1) whether he expects chapter two of the Cabinet Manual on Elections and Government Formation to have any legal status in the event of a future hung parliament;
