- Further to 132 c550-1W, in respect of transitional payments; when people can start making claims; how central unit will obtain necessary information & documentation that will allow calculation of transitional payment for housing benefit claimants; what information claimants should submit; where claims for transitional payments can be made & if claims will be accepted at both local DHSS offices & housing benefit offices as well as at central unit in Glasgow - (Holding answer 15 July 1988)
