Defamation Bill

- To ask the Secretary of State for Justice when he plans to publish the Defamation Bill; and if he will make a statement.

The Government remain firmly committed to reform of the law of defamation and we will seek to publish and introduce a substantive Defamation Bill as soon as parliamentary time allows.
