Euthanasia
- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for Justice whether he has assessed the conclusions of the report from the Commission on Assisted Dying; and if he will make a statement.

The Government will look at the conclusions reached by the Commission on Assisted Dying with interest. However, the Government have made clear that any change to the law in this emotive and contentious area is an issue of individual conscience and therefore a matter for Parliament to decide rather than one for government policy.
