- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many work permit intracompany transfers were granted in respect of each (a) nationality and (b) occupation in each of the last three years for which figures are available.

[holding answer 16 January 2012]: The work permit intracompany transfer scheme closed in 2008 and was replaced by the Tier 2 (intracompany transfer) category of the points based system.The Home Office does not hold the statistical data requested.
