Export and Re-export Control

Question

To ask Her Majesty’s Government what articles were written by (1) the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, (2) the Permanent Secretary in the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS), and (3) each Minister in BIS, about (a) export controls, and (b) the Re-export Controls Bill [HL], in each month since July 2010; and whether they will place in the Library of the House copies of any such articles.
