The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority has advised that the information regarding the number of oocytes used under research licence R0122, cited by the authority's chief executive in his letter dated 9 October 2009 to the noble Lord, was submitted by the research centre to the authority in 2005 as part of a renewal application for a different research licence.
