Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement

- To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills what his plans are for the ratification of the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement.

The UK signed the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement on 26 January 2012. The agreement is currently with the European Parliament with a vote on consent likely to take place towards late summer 2012. The UK intends to ratify the agreement in due course.
