Police: Cars

- To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether they will publish the reasons why Hyundai has been awarded preferred supplier status for police cars; and what other options were considered.

Hyundai, along with a number of other manufacturers, was awarded a place on the police vehicle purchase framework following a fully compliant EU tender process. This award was based upon objective criteria that included the ability to meet police technical requirements and the delivery of value for money.
