Proceeding contribution from Lord Brennan of Canton (Labour) in the House of Commons on Monday, 20 February 2012. It occurred during Urgent question on Office for Fair Access.
Office for Fair Access

Will the Secretary of State give us an absolute assurance that no Minister communicated with any Conservative member of the Select Committee in an attempt to influence the ratification of this appointment?
