Whether it is HMG view that the recent inspection of Iraq's nuclear facilities by the IAEA was faulty, given that coalition attacks on Iraq's nuclear power facilities have been justified in terms of Iraq's possible nuclear weapons programme, & if so how they propose to improve the procedures.
