- To ask the Secretary of State for Transport pursuant to the answer of 1 March 2012, Official Report, column 451W, on Liverpool Port: finance, whether she expects that negotiations on the repayment of UK Government grants by the City of Liverpool Cruise Terminal to be completed by 29 May 2012.

Yes, as regards the Department for Transport's decision. The time frame for state aid clearance by the European Commission is not within the Department's control.
